- Four separate, single agency, grant application reviews per year (16 hours maximum time). Note: This does not include work on multi-agency grant applications or regional type projects which are considered Special Projects.

Services Included:
- Scope, schedule, fees and any special considerations of the project is defined between the agency and the Homeland Defense Grants Consultant
- Usually applies to grant proposal writing, specific grant opportunity evaluation, speaking at internal meetings, grant management and project coordination.
- Price is determined based on estimated hours.
Work is accomplished within contract term.
